Guests Not Being Serviced and Children

Guests with appointments shall have priority seating in the wait area. Guests not being serviced are welcome to be seated in the wait area, as space permits. We are unable to accommodate guest seating beside you during your services as it disrupts the visit for any adjacent guests. Children under 13 years of age are not permitted in the salon without an appointment for services due to insurance provisions.


Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you give us two (2) hours notice if you should decide to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may be able to offer the opportunity to a person that is on a Wait List or a walk-in. For larger parties, we will require 24 hour notice and we may ask for a non-refundable deposit. If you should cancel one of multiple services upon arrival of your appointment, you are still subject to the penalties of our Cancellation Policy. In the event that you cancel or reschedule your appointment within the two-hour period prior to your appointment, you will be charged a fee equivalent to 30% the base value of service booked. If you are cancelling/rescheduling an appointment that is at the beginning of the business day, you must submit your cancellation in writing via Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct Message


No-Show Policy

If you are a no-show two (2) times or if you no-show your first booking with us, we will implement a required Non-Refundable 50% Deposit for all your future bookings. The deposit shall be credited to your balance due for the corresponding appointment booked only and will not be transferred to a different appointment. If you no-show three (3) or more times, we will no longer accept booking requests from you and you will have to visit our salon on a walk-in basis (not guaranteed).


Late Arrivals

Please arrive to your appointment 5 minutes early to check in, select your color, and meet your party (if applicable). Your appointment time is the intended start time of your services.

If you are late, we may cancel all or some of the services in your appointment - in which our No Show policy will apply to you. If we opt to accept your appointment despite a late arrival, the length of time for your services will be adjusted for on-time completion in consideration for the next person. However, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the services.


Deposits

We do not require appointment deposits unless:

  • A single service time requires a booking slot of 90 minutes or longer

  • You have a history of no-show in accordance to our stated policies.

  • Your service requires a special-order of unique embellishments or products.


Repairs

Repairs must be done by the original technician. Repair fees are $5/nail. Any exceptions to the fee must be determined by the original technician, discussed in-person, within three (3) business days of the original appointment. Repairs and fee exceptions cannot be made by anyone but the original technician.
