Thank you for considering KHROMA for your group event!  In order to ensure all your needs are met, please read the following booking information as well as our terms and conditions.

Food/Beverages: Guests are welcome to bring snacks/food/drinks, including alcoholic beverages as long as you self-serve. We offer a banquet table, per request, that you can setup and decorate as you wish. Our technicians are not permitted to assist with serving due to licensing, permits, and sanitation.

Music: Prior to your appointment, you can send us a link to your curated public playlist on Spotify to be played during your appointment.

Retail Discount: Guests are eligible to save 15% on retail product purchases at the time of your group visit.

Permanent Jewelry: Elevate your appointment and add a permanent jewelry experience! We have pre-approved local vendor(s) that you can reach out directly to arrange for them to come to the salon during your appointment. If the vendor is unavailable or if you manage to book with them, please let us know so that we can finalize details or share other vendor contact info. How To Book

Should you wish to move forward with a group booking, we prefer that you message us via Facebook or Instagram so that you will be able to provide the information that we will need below.

Date: Bookings further than three (3) weeks out are a placeholder because technician schedules are not confirmed beyond that. Once we confirm schedules, your party will have first opportunity to the appointment slots. Even with advance confirmation, technician requests are not guaranteed.

Time: We prefer the beginning of the day for party bookings (10:00AM). The time selected is your intended start time so please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. We cannot guarantee complete appointments for those who are late. Services will begin on time, regardless of all members being present.

** Full names and all requested services for each member of the group are required in order to complete the reservation. This is important because we want to make sure no aspect of your services are rushed trying to add last-minute add-on services. Some examples are:

 

Is there a soak off needed for anything on the hands or feet?

Do any of the pedicure requests want Gel Polish?

If Dip, does the person need Tip Extensions

Does any person need art? If so, we need photo inspiration so we can determine which tech to assign. French Tip and Ombre are also considered art.

This information can be complied and submitted in a list as shown in the example screenshot.

 

Booking Deposit: Once we receive a finalized list, we will send you a link to pay a 20% Non-Refundable Deposit for your group that must be paid within 24 hours after it is sent. This deposit will be applied to the final billing of the service on the day-of. Please see Terms and Conditions regarding deposit forfeitures.

Terms and Conditions


Cancellations: KHROMA must be notified of any changes or cancellations to the booking at least 24 hours in advance or the corresponding non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.

Gratuities: Cash preferred. Tipping is left to the discretion of our guests and is not included in any billing.

After-Hours: Depending on staff availability, we may be able to host events outside our normal business hours. Please inquire if you are looking to do so.

Travel Fee (for on-location services): Please inquire if you are looking for an on-location booking for events. Rates start at $100+ per service provider and may vary depending on the distance from KHROMA and the type of event.
